- NAVSUP WSS is synopsizing for a BOA for repair and spares of the items listed on Attachment A to this synopsis. This is the BOA renewal to Pole/Zero (CAGE 0U5W0) located in West Chester, Ohio. The requirements are currently covered under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0038321GYK01. This award is a Basic Ordering Agreement contract vehicle for repair and spares for the P-8 and E-2C/E-2D aircraft which are deemed sole source to Pole/Zero.
