- UPDATE JUNE 2, 2025: INDUSTRY DAY The purpose of this update is to invite vendors to an NSW SERE Industry Day on June 4th. We are attempting to put together a list of questions and explain the PWS and what we are looking to achieve with the next IDIQ. The time for all interested vendors to listen to a presentation from NSW will be 1130 PST via a teams invite. One on one meetings with industry will be available from 12PM- 1430PM in 20 min increments. If you are interested in signing up for a 20 min timeslot to discuss with NSW, please respond to Kristen Lawrence at Kristen.K.Lawrence.civ@socom.mil and I will provide a new meeting invite with the time slot. All time slots will be first come first serve. All requests for invitation to the the Virtual Industry Day shall be requested by 2:00 PM EST to Kristen.K.Lawrence.civ@socom.mil This is a Sources Sought Notice for Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) Professional and Technical Support Services for, Survival Evasion Resistance Escape (SERE), and Personnel Recovery (PR) Related Training Programs. NSW is looking for capbability statements and responses from vendors who currently can meet the requirements of the draft Performance Work Statement. Naval Special Warfare requires professional and technical services for its Survival Evasion Resistance Escape (SERE) and Personnel Recovery (PR) related training programs. Professional and technical services involve three categories of tasking: the delivery of safe, high-quality classroom and field instruction, curriculum development and logistics support. Contractor shall provide support services, inclusive of trained personnel capable of providing support for SERE/PR courses, curriculum development and logistics support listed in this performance work statement.
