This posting is for Tinker AFB - MAC BOA Holders ONLY. Project Solicitation Number: FA813725R0036 Project Title: WWYK240016 Renovate Security ITWP Project Location: Tinker AFB - B62516 Renovate the IWPT area to upgrade security requirements, This includes upgrading the fence to make sure all gaps are filled, install lighting around perimeter of the fence, install new gate with keypad entry system, and work with communications to install new cameras at project location within B62516 at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB) Oklahoma 73145. Project specific documents are attached to this posting. If you experience any difficulty at receiving or access to the project specific documents, send an email request to Contracting Points of Contact listed to have a DoD Safe document transmission. In the email, please provide email addresses for Prime Contractor ONLY points of contact to have the DoD Safe link sent to. Do not include any Sub-Contractor email addresses. Currently, the Solicitation � Request for Proposal (RFP) is in the draft stage and will be posted once available. This posting is for Tinker AFB - MAC BOA Holders ONLY. After review of the project specific documents, if you are a Tinker AFB � MAC BOA Holder, please send an email to the Contracting Points of Contact as an RSVP stating you are interested in attending the Initial Site Visit. Your RSVP email must be received within 5 calendar days from the posting of this project. In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access. If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access. After receipt of your RSVP and EAL if required, Initial Site Visit is set for Tuesday, 17 June, 2025 at 0900. You must attend the Initial Site Visit for the project to be considered eligible to propose. This posting is for Tinker AFB - MAC BOA Holders ONLY.
