- Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Chile will launch the solicitation on sam.gov website when it is available. This solicitation is for MSGR Cook/Food Services, perform food services work, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment and services, for the U.S. Embassy Santiago -Chile Marine Security Guards. Please note that these are only estimated quantities for the purpose of this advance notice. The anticipated performance period is for a base period of 12 months plus four one-year (12 month) periods at the option of the Government. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. All contractors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a proposal. Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please submit your offer prior to the response date and time.
