- Description
- The 409th CSB, RCO Bavaria intends to issue a Solicitation to award a Commercial, Single Award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Type (IDT) Contract. 7th Army Training Command's Combined Arms Training Center is seeking services to provide Battlefield Staff Rides for US Army Europe's subordinate commands. This solicitation W912PB-25-R-A022 is not subject to set aside for small business IAW FAR 5.202(a)(12). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offeror. The period of performance is expected to start 27 February 2026 and includes a one year base period and four, one-year option periods. The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation under full and open competition before the end of calendar year 2025, but the Government reserves the right to delay or cancel the solicitation at any time prior to award. This notice merely serves as the synopsis for this contract requirement; the solicitation will soon follow. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon parties to review this website frequently for any updates and/or amendments to any and all documents. Service will be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany).
