THERE IS NO SOLICITATION, SPECIFICATIONS, OR DRAWINGS AT THIS TIME. THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT OBLIGATED AND WILL NOT PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. CLOSING DATE: 13 June 2025 The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is seeking potential contractors to provide manufacturing engineering, Metrology, precision machining, fabrication, grinding, and other miscellaneous services to be performed on a variety of materials, including high-yield carbon steel plates and pre-cut shapes and products. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332312 � Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing. A Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached to this sources sought to assist contractors in understanding NSWCCD�s weld repair requirements. A Solicitation date has not yet been determined. Responses to this sources sought will be used by NSWCCD as market research and for acquisition planning purposes only. If a Solicitation is issued, it will be posted to the Government Point of Entry (GPE) https://sam.gov. All interested parties should respond to the Solicitation separately from this announcement. It is the responsibility of the interested offerors to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement. RESPONSES ARE DUE via e-mail to arnel.a.ngo.civ@us.navy.mil by 12:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time on 13 June, 2025. The page limit is 10 pages; however, laboratory reports and certification documents do not count towards the 10 page limitation. Responses shall include the following: Company name, website, and physical address, Point of contact, phone number, and E-mail address, Cage number (if applicable) and DUNS number. Company size e.g. small business, large business, or small disadvantaged business Company capability statement. This statement should include at a minimum the following: Experience providing any 3 or more of the following services listed under 3.0 of the PWS and provide examples: ATTACHMENT 1: Performance Work Statement (PWS)
