Description: Replace the roof to include all edge flashing, and fascia panels, and gutters with new down spouts. Ensure watertight roof to vertical brick wall transition. All fascia panels and flashing to adhere to minimum product standards as prescribed in the specifications. Reference 4.04 Appendix D for graphic as to scope of work(Refer to attached Statement of Work for more details).
