WOSB SBA Certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program Set-Aside (FAR 19.15)
 

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service in accordance with FAR 12 and FAR 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation /notice; proposals are being requested, further written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04 published 12 May 2025, Defense Federal Acquisition Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) published 17 January 2025, and Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DAFFARS) published 16 October 2024. This is a 100% Women Owned Small Business Set Aside - Awardee shall be a Women Owned Small Business certified by the Small Business Administration. This requires a SBA-issued certification or proof of certification by an SBA approved Third Party Certifier (TPC). Submit certification with the proposal. Refer to attachments below: 1. Performance Work Statement dated 29 May 2025. 2. Wage Determination WY 2015-5405 Rev24 published 23 Dec 2024. 3. AF Form 66, Submittal Register 4. Cost Breakdown (submit with proposal) 5. Mission Essential Contractor's Service Plan (submit with proposal). Questions due 11:00 am MT, Friday, 13 June 2025. Proposals are due 11:00 am MT, Tuesday, 17 Jun 2025.
