- Description
- The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to install eight (8) in total Security Lights, Utility Poles, and Power Supply for Green River Lock #1 located at 5048 Dam and Lock Road, Reed, KY. 42451 and Green River Lock and Dam #2 located at 695 West First Street, Calhoun, Kentucky 42327. The contractor?s work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. Work shall begin within 14 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and shall conclude 120 Calendar Days after the NTP. One award shall be made from this Solicitation. The contract award shall be based on Low Price. Method of Payment under this contract shall be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor. Quotes shall not be accepted for quantities less than the quantities specified in the Quote. Failure to submit a unit price for all items listed shall be considered as a material deviation from the requirements and the Quote shall be rejected. FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects. Between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS ? 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, Size Standard $19,000,000.00.100% Set-Aside for Small Business Offerors shall submit one (1) electronic copy of their offer via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module before the time and date specified in Block 13 of this SF 1442. No paper copies, CDROMS, facsimile, or DoD SAFE submissions will be accepted. Technical inquiries and questions relating to proposal procedures are to be submitted via Bidder Inquiry in ProjNet at http://www.ProjNet.org/ProjNet. As noted below, offerors shall not submit their proposals via ProjNet. To submit and review bid inquiry items, bidders will need to be a current registered user or self-register into system. The Solicitation Project Number is: W912QR25Q0009The Bidder Inquiry Key is: PDS4QZ-PEC8KKFAR 52.236-27 Site Visit : A site visit is highly encouraged for the contractor to review the complexities of the work sites, verify existing conditions, and exact measurements. A single site visit shall be held on Wednesday, May 28 at 0830 CT. has been scheduled. If the initial site visit is missed the Contractor may request, with no guarantee, a site visit with the TPOC, Josee Scott (502) 315-6725 and/or Lockmaster Mike Horsley (270) 273-3152. Amendment 0001 - has been posted to SAM to extend the due date of the solicitation from 11 June 2025 to 18 June 2025 at 11:00AM ET.
