Description

6-11-2025 - Amendment 3 - 36C77625B0006 0003 - Extends due date, provides Addendum 1 and answers to all questions received. NOTE - A Brand Name J&A will be provided in the an upcoming amendment. 5-27-2025 - Amendment 2 - 36C77625B0006 0002 - Extends due date, provides updated wage rates, clauses, and electrical specs. 4-24-2025 - Amendment 1 - 36C77625B0006 0001 - Provides site visit sign-in sheets. (This amendment is being copied from the presolicitation where it was mistakenly posted.) In accordance with 38 U.S.C. � 8127 (Public Law 109-461), this project is a competitive Service-Disabled Veteran � Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, personnel, and shall do all things necessary that will result in the completion of Project 573A4-21-700 EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades construction project, in accordance with the attached Specifications and Drawings. The project is located at: Lake City VA Medical Center - 619 South Marion Avenue, Lake City, FL 32025-5808 VAAR Magnitude of Construction: $20,000,000 to $50,000,000
