W51EW7-25-R-A003 AMENDMENT 0001 Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Theater Support Center (TSC), hereby issues Amendment 0001 against Solicitation W51EW7-25-R-A003 for Mission Support Services (MSS) at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) in support of Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC). The purpose of Amendment 0001 is as follows: 1. Revise Section L.3.8, Table 1, Volume IV, Cost/Price 2. Revise Section L.5.1.1.1 3. Revise Section L.7.1.1.7 4. Revise Section L.7.1.1.12 5. Revise Section M.1.1.1 6. Revise Section M.4.1.1.1 7. Revise Section M.5.1.1. 8. Revise Attachment 0001 - WSMR MSS Performance Work Statement 09JUN2025 9. Revise Attachment 0002 - WSMR MSS Price Matrix 09JUN2025 10. Revise Attachment 0006 - Past Performance Questionnaire 11. Revise CLINs 2002, 3002, and 4002 adjusting Period of Performance (PoP) end dates to 28 February 12. Incorporate the following revised Attachments as a result of this Amendment: Attachment 0001 - WSMR MSS Performance Work Statement 09JUN2025 Attachment 0002 - WSMR MSS Price Matrix 09JUN2025 Attachment 0006 - Past Performance Questionnaire 02JUN2025 Attachment 0009 - WSMR MSS Section L 02JUN2025 Attachment 0010 - WSMR MSS Section M 02JUN2025 Attachment 0011 - WSMR MSS RFP QA - A0001 Offerors shall acknowledge this Amendment within their proposal in Block 14 herein. Additional answers to questions submitted are forthcoming in future amendments to this solicitation. As a result of this Amendment, the due date for submission of questions remain unchanged at 23 June 2025, 2:00 pm CT, with the solicitation close date and time remaining unchanged at 16 July 2025, 2:00 pm CT.
