- Description
- The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469025Q0036, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the 28th Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) Public Address Headend Equipment requirement.This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334310 with a size standard of 750 employees. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations.Attached to this Solicitation Notice is the Standard Form 1449 Solicitation and the Attch 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) for this requirement.All questions and comments on this Solicitation must be submitted in writing to keith.garner.1@us.af.mil no later than 23 Jun 2025 by 3:00pm MDT. Please title all emails with questions with the following subject line: ?FA469025Q0036 ? Solicitation - Public Address Headend Equipment requirement.? Questions will be answered only via posting of an amendment to this solicitation on www.sam.gov.All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation.Vendor quotes and all items required as listed within the Addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors, are due to be submitted not later than 1 July 2025 by 3:00pm MDT to Keith Garner at keith.garner.1@us.af.mil and laurie.lykken.1@us.af.mil.
