- Genomic Annotation of Rough-skinned Newt The purpose of this amendment is to extend RFQ due date and answer submitted questions. The due date is extended until 06/30/2025 1500PST. No additional questions will be allowed. Contractors are required to sign and return copies to the issuing agency. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0325Q0126. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 dated 01/17/2025. NAICS: 541380, Testing Laboratory, $16.5 Million. Place of Performance: Vendor�s facility. Period of Performance are estimates only: 7/1/2025 to 2/28/2026. Offerors must submit sufficient documentation to demonstrate their capability to perform the required services. Failure to provide the requested information may result in removal from the award consideration. Please provide the following information: 1. Signed SF 18 form filled in with firm information, person signing, and line-item prices, offered, etc on Block 13 to 16 and FAR 52.204-24 and 52.204-26 check marks and signature required 2. Technical submission. Include information regarding technical qualifications and experience sufficient for government to evaluate your qualifications to perform this work. Examples are work plan, resumes, published works, etc 3. Listings of prior relevant and recent contracts with project description and two or more professional references with contacts 4. Firm, fixed price quote 5. System for Award Management UEI Attached Pages: Statement of Work, 2 pages 889 Certification Document, 2 pages Clauses and Provisions, 19 pages Questions are due in writing to yangzhideng@usgs.gov by 06/02/2025, 1500 PST. Responses are due to the Contracting Officer's email address at yangzhideng@usgs.gov by 06/13/2025, 1500 PST. Quotations submitted by hardcopy shall not be accepted or considered.
