Description
USS BLUE RIDGE 6C1 DSRA BUNDLE 6 1. USS BLUE RIDGE (LCC-19): NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (NAVSUP FLCY) has a new requirement in support of the USS BLUE RIDGE (LCC-19). The repair and maintenance package of work items are included as attachment (I) for 22 Task Group Instrution (TGI) specified in Section J. 2. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 12-Jan-2026 through 13-Dec-2027 3. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Naval Base 4. OFFER: Offerors must provide all information required by this solicitation no later than 4-Aug-2025, 10:00 AM Japan Standard Time (JST). Firms who do not possess an active MSRA/ABR as a Prime Contractor are ineligible for award. Contractor shall accomplish work specification package requirement listed in ATTACHMENT(I) of Section J onboard USS BLUE RIDGE (LCC-19) during FY26 Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) 6C1. The contractor will be responsible for ship repair work to include providing the necessary management, scheduling, testing, quality assurance, technical documentations to support the USS BLUE RIDGE 6C1 Chief of Naval Operation (CNO) Dry-Docking Selected Restricted Availability (SRA). The Contractor is required to submit an itemized breakdown of the price for each item on the form provided in Section J. Failure to submit this documentation properly completed by the specified closing date may cause rejection of the offer. Access to the work specification package listed in Section J as ATTACHMENT (I) may only be accessed through DoD SAFE. DoD SAFE is a secure U.S. Government repository which enables the sharing of large files and requires outside users to receive a drop-off request from the U.S. Government. Therefore, any offeror intending to provide a proposal to this solicitation shall request access by sending an email to: shouko.sekido.ln@us.navy.mil and ai.gillard.ln@us.navy.mil by 6-Jun-2025 10:00 am JST. Once the U.S. Government receives the offeror�s access request, the U.S. Government will provide the offeror with a link and instructions to retrieve ATTACHMENT (I). Offerors shall note that access is only available for 14 days once sent.
