- Description
- The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and any other necessary work to remove existing transformer station and install secondary power to building 6100098 at Defense Fuel Support Point (DFSP) Hachinohe fuel terminal in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and drawings attached to this solicitation. Contractor Requirements: For an offer to be considered for award, the Contractor shall: -Provide the contracting officer with a valid construction business license to perform construction work in Japan (Kensetsugyo Kyokasyo), if such information is not already on file with or available to the contracting officer; -Be authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan and must fully comply with all laws, decrees, labor standards, and regulations of Japan during the performance of the contract; and -Have a Japanese bank account in order to receive payment via DFAS Japan. Pre-Quote Meeting / Site Visit: Date and Time: 10 July 2025, 09:00 JST Location: NAVFAC FE, PWD Misawa, Bldg. 987, Misawa Air Base, Japan All interested parties who wish to attend the pre-quote meeting/site visit shall fill out and submit Attachment (3) Site Visit Log via email to the POC below no later than 30 June 2025, 10:00 JST.POC: Daisuke Ishikawa, Contract Specialist E-mail: daisuke.ishikawa.ln@us.navy.mil Due to limited escorting capabilities, a maximum of two (2) company representatives will be allowed. Only one vehicle per company is authorized. All attendees must possess photo identification (i.e. passport or driver's license) on the day of the pre-quote meeting/site visit. Contractor Questions Due Date: Date: 14 July 2025 Time: 10:00 AM JST Send all questions to daisuke.ishikawa.ln@us.navy.mil ONLY. Quote Submission: 1. Quotes are due on 24 July 2025, 11:00 AM JST. 2. Refer to the Instructions for Quoters, page 5 of the RFQ for detailed submission guidelines. 3. Ensure all required sections are completed before submitting your quotation. Quotations not meeting the above requirements may be considered non-responsive.
