Q&A as of 24 JUNE 2025: Q1. How much has the Florida National Guard Counterdrug Program budgeted for this opportunity? A1. Not required to disclose this information. Q2. Is the Florida National Guard Counterdrug Program open to a cloud solution? A2. No Cloud solutions is not an option. Case information can not be stored in the cloud. Q3. Is there any onsite work expected for this opportunity? A3. No, except training on the software. Q4. What is the period of performance for this contract? A4. 12-months Q5. Is the Florida National Guard Counterdrug Program currently using a system to fulfil the requirements it needs? A5. Yes Q6. License Quantities: How many end-user licenses or workstation software keys does the Government require under CLIN 0001? A6. 3 - 4 Licenses Q7. Unlimited Readers Library: Does this term imply that all users within the Florida National Guard Counterdrug Program must have unrestricted document viewing access? Or is this limited to a subset of users? A7. This is limited to the user�s subset while user is using their login. Q8. Does the requirement for an on-premises solution preclude cloud-hosted or hybrid deployments, even if compliant with FedRAMP or DoD IL5? A8. No cloud storage at all. No matter what. Q9. Software Licensing Model: Would the Government accept a solution licensed on a per-page or usage basis, or is a flat-rate, enterprise-level licensing model preferred? A9. Flat-rate enterprise-level licensing model is preferred. No per-page or usage rate. Q10. Contract Duration: Is this a single-year contract, or does the Government anticipate option years or renewal opportunities beyond the base period? A10. The current requirement is for one-year. The Government will consider a base plus option periods in future procurements. Software capable of and on-premises software solution designed for data entry and data management, particularly for financial statements and related financial documents.
