Description
321 Special Tactics Squadron (STS) requires a contractor to provide aircraft and aircrew to accommodate for parachute jump training. Aircraft must be Dornier aircraft or aircraft of comparable capability, and aircrew to support Military Freefall (MFF) proficiency and upgrade training. Capable of 6 lifts minimum per day to an altitude not less than 5500 feet Above Ground Level and not to exceed an altitude of 13,000 feet AGL. Parachute jump lights must be in cargo compartment for jumpmaster/aircrew coordination. Aircraft must have a cargo compartment capable of accommodating 10x parachutists. Aircraft must have a non-skid surface. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, supplies, and labor necessary to perform Aircraft Training Support for the 321 STS and accomplish all advanced medical training tasks to meet the requirements of this Performance Work Statement (PWS). In addition, the contractor shall have insurance coverage in accordance with FAR 28.307-2(d) Aircraft public and passenger liability. When aircraft are used in connection with performing the contract, the contracting officer shall require aircraft public and passenger liability insurance. Coverage shall be at least $200,000 per person and $500,000 per occurrence for bodily injury, other than passenger liability, and $200,000 per occurrence for property damage. Coverage for passenger liability bodily injury shall be at least $200,000 multiplied by the number of seats or passengers, whichever is greater. Contractor must be on the vendors approved list by USSOCOM J31 / J37. Further details on this requirement are documented in the PWS attached. The place of performance will be the contractor's location, not RAF Mildenhall nor RAF Lakenheath. Please submit responses to the POCs in this posting for the following: 1.
