Description

The Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center and Inscription House Health Center, located in/at Highway 160, Mile Post 394.3, Kayenta, AZ 86033 and Highway 98, Navajo Route 16, Shonto, AZ 86054 has an upcoming requirement for Preventive Maintenance Services for Optometry Equipment. The anticipated period of performance will be 12 months from date of award with four subsequent 12-month Option Years. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 811210 � Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a small business size standard of $34.0. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00231 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by June 30, 2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by July 8, 2025, 5:00PM MST. The acquisition is a Total Small Business set-aside.
