Description

***Proposals shall be submittted as two complete copies, one fully redacted of identifying information and pricing and one complete unredacted proposal.*** Any submissions that in accodance with the above stated direction may be deemed not fully responsive and no further consideration will be given. The work includes furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials to perform miscellaneous painting repairs and incidental related work in accordance with the specifications. Painting repair work includes as described in Section 09 90 00 Paints and Coatings of this SCOPE OF WORK. Existing improvement restoration or complete reconstruction of existing historic or recent improvements is not included in this Contract for paint repairs. Paint repair work performed by the contractor shall result in a complete, functional, and suitable system.
