- 36C24825R0114_1 Page 1 of Page 51 of 51 Page 1 of GENERAL INFORMATION 1. The solicitation, attachments, and any amendments will be posted at www.sam.gov. This is the only official location where these documents can be obtained and where updates will be posted. No hard copy solicitation materials are available. 2. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Pursuant to VAAR 836.204 (f)(2) $2,000,000 and $5,000.000. 3. Site Visit: A site visit for this requirement is scheduled to occur on Wednesday July 2, 2025. Participants are to meet at 09:00 AM, at the Bruce W. Carter Miami VA Medical Center, 1201 NW 16th Street, Miami, FL 33125 at the West Patio Entrance. 4. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: Request for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted in writing (only) by the prime contractor, through email to the Points of Contact listed above. No RFIs by telephone will be accepted. The cutoff for submission of RFIs is 1:00 PM (EST), Tuesday, July 8, 2025. RFIs email should include VA SOLICITATION NO. 36C24825R0114 Bid Build Project: 546-24-119, Replace Roof on Building 7 at Miami VA Medical Center. Responses will be provided in a Question-and-Answer format to all offerors via Standard Form (SF) 30 Amendment to the Solicitation. RFIs received after due date will only be answered if in the judgement of the Contracting Officer (CO) impacts the project/solicitation. 5. Prospective offerors shall provide their proposal via e-mail to aldwyn.singleton@va.gov and michael.zorzi@va.gov in any of the following formats: .pdf, .docx, or .doc to the issuing office address identified above (8 Megabyte File Size Limitation). The Government will evaluate proposals submitted in response to this fair opportunity request. Offerors for furnishing services identified within the schedule shall be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer (CO) at aldwyn.singleton@va.gov and Contract Specialist (CS), Michael C. Zorzi at michael.zorzi@va.gov no later than closing date and time specified on SF1442, block 13a or as amended on SF30. 6. SDVOSB Verification: All parties claiming SDVOSB status must be registered in the System of Award Management (WWW.SAM.GOV) and must be certified SDVOB and verified in SBA s VetCert program database (https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/)
