Description: The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), a component of the U.S. Department of Justice, is conducting market research through this Request for Information (RFI) to identify capable vendors who can provide a secure, cloud-based, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) Learning Management System (LMS). The purpose of this system shall be to support and modernize the Bureau�s inmate education programs, reentry preparation efforts, and staff training and development functions.
