Description
RCO Bavaria is issuing a Sources Sought Notice and Request for Information posting. The U.S. Government intends to procure Army Community Service (ACS) related services (Relocation Readiness Program Support Services). The work performed will in accordance with German law and regulations. The service location is USAG Ansbach, Germany that includes Illesheim and Katterbach. The period of performance is expected to be a base year and plus four options years. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes � it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue a RFQ, IFB, or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this Sources Sought Notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. The Government will not return submittals to the responder. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, IFB or RFP, if the U.S. Government issues one. If the Government releases a solicitation, the Government will synopsize it on the Government-wide Point of Entry (www.sam.gov). It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the Government wide Point of Entry for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The anticipated NAICS code is 561110 Office Administrative Services. Attached is the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for this requirement. The Draft PWS is subject to change. In response to this Sources Sought Notice, please provide the following: Interested vendors are also encouraged to submit their own questions along with a copy of their capability statement. Do you have the capabilities to perform the work required for this effort? Would you employ subcontractors to complete the requirement? Do you have teams able to perform the work in each one of the locations stated in the PWS (Ansbach, Illesheim, Katterbach, Germany) Are there any concerns with cost, price or schedule?
