- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301625Q6156 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04 and DFARS change notice 01/17/2025. This requirement is set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 334220 with an SBA size standard of 1,250 employees. This is being solicited as Brand Name requirement via SAM.gov. All responsible and capable sources are encouraged to participate.JBSA Lackland, San Antonio TX, 78236, is seeking quotes for the title requirement. The Rohde and Schwarz (R and S) PR200 portable receiver pinpoints the origin of signals for purposes of spectrum management, to include spectrum interference resolution. This device is a portable receiver specifically designed to detect, isolate and pinpoint radio frequency (RF) signals.Please respond to this RFQ no later than Thursday, 24 July 2025 @ 1:00 PM Central Standard Time by email to SSgt Grant Jackson grant.jackson@us.af.mil and SrA Davion Blanks davion.blanks@us.af.mil in order to be considered timely. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified above shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received.(Please provide a quote for the line items listed below. Failure to quote on all CLINs will render the quote unacceptable and ineligible for award consideration.
