Description
MANDATORY SITE VISIT REQUIRED All interested vendors MUST attend the scheduled site visit in order for their offer to be accepted. See Statement of Work for site visit instructions. Pursuant to the authority at FAR 12.603(c)(2): (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please identify the Country of Origin for the items needed and the method of payment will be made through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Include all shipping costs in final cost of quote. Include all Part Numbers and Manufacturer (ii) The solicitation number for this is N0018925QFRNT and will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04. (iv) The Government intends to negotiate a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order for supplies. The associated NAICS code is 337214 with a small business size standard of 1100 (# of employees). (v) Line items are detailed as follows: Main Office: One (1) Workstations as described below: � Workstation shall include an L shaped desk with one (1) storage system/filing cabinet that fits below the desk. � Workstation will be approximately 6�0� x 8�6�. � Workstation will include 66� H laminate. Grey in color. � Desk shall be laminate and/or wood colored. � Panel Dry Erase Board Main Office: One (1) Copy Area: Copy area will include 66� H laminate. Grey in color. Lower storage with upper shelf / Cabinet Room 243: Two (2) Workstations as described below: � Each workstation shall include an L shaped desk with one (1) storage system/filing cabinet that fits below the desk. � Each workstation will be approximately 6�0� x 8�6�. � Each workstation will include 66� H laminate. Room 273: Eighteen (18) Workstations as described below: � Six (6) workstations shall include an L shaped desk with one (1) storage system/filing cabinet that fits below the desk. � Each workstation will be approximately 6�0� x 8�6�. Six(6) single cubes Twelve (12) cubes set in Pods of four (4) � Each workstations will include 66� H laminate. Grey in color. � Each desk shall be laminate and/or wood colored. � Panel Dry Erase Board One (1) Sign in / Coffee Mess as described below: Coffee Mess will include 66� H laminate. Grey in color. (vi) This requirement is for Government Office Furniture in support of Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center � (SMWDC) (vii) The required delivery date (RDD) is: 1 September 2025. The PLACE OF PERFORMANCE is: Surface And Mine Warfighting Development Center SWTD 528 Fourth Street, Bldg 1700 Dahlgren, VA 22448. FOB Destination will be used. (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial applies to this acquisition and is included in the attached ""Clauses and Provisions"", Attachment 1. (ix) The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items will be used and is included as Attachment 1. The vendor�s proposed price will be evaluated on the basis of price reasonableness in accordance with FAR 13.106. (x) The provision at FAR 52.212-3 � ALT I, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (DEVIATION 2025-O0003/DEVIATION 2025-O0004), applies to this acquisition and must be completed with any quote. It is included as Attachment 1. (xi) The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition and is included as Attachment 1. (xii) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders - Commercial Items (DEVIATION 2025-O0003/DEVIATION 2025-O0004), applies to this acquisition and all the applicable FAR clauses cited with this requirement are included as Attachment 1. (xiii) All clauses and provisions applicable to this requirement are included in the attached ""Clauses and Provisions"", Attachment 1. (xiv) The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating does not apply to this acquisition.
