- This amendment updates the Statement of Work (The Statement of Work has been updated adding the specification, �Ice machine must be able to fit a bin size 30� x 34� x 44�.�) Additionally, this amendment add a questions and answer document. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement is being issued as REQUEST FOR QUOTE and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2025-04. Reference Attachments for purchase order contract clauses and provisions and equipment/specifications. B 01 - Combined Synopsis Solicitation - J4 Lifecycle Kitchen Equipment Replacement: This attachment details the clauses and provisions. A 02 - SOW - J4 Lifecycle Kitchen Equipment: This attachment lists the items needed, specifications and any other details related.
