A minimum of 36 surveys will be designated for monitoring over the duration of the contract, with adjustments possible based on sourcing and capacity. Evaluation: DI Evaluation will coordinate surveys with clients near their financial maturity date to assess how successful DFCs support was in achieving anticipated development outcomes. Evaluative surveys must be completed within one (1) year of the expected financial maturity date. Up to 9 surveys may be conducted during the contract period, with resources allocated for evaluation. This number is subject to change based on sourcing and capacity. The Period of Performance shall be for a one (1) year base period and four (4) one (1) year option periods from date of award.
