- Amendment 00004: The purpose of this amendment is: 1. Extend the solicitation to 18 July at 1000 CST, and to allow for changes to the PWS. An updated PWS will be posted no later than COB 14 July. July 11 2025 Amendment 00003: The purpose of this amendment is: 1. Add Site visit sign-in sheet to the attachment. 08 July 2025 2. Add Site visit questions and answers to the attachment. 08 July 2025 Amendment 00002: The purpose of this amendment is : 1. Add PWS to the attachement. Amendment 00001: The purpose of this amendment is: 1. To Change the due date to July 14 to match the solicitation document. 2. To update site visit location. The site viist is located at B301D, Dock 2. QUESTIONS AND SITE VISIT DATE AND TIME A site visit will be scheduled for 26 June 2025 at 10:00 AM CST. All prospective offerers that do not have access to Offutt AFB shall submit an NCIC Screening and Pass Request to SrA Thearith Em at thearith.em@us.af.mil not later than 10:00 AM CST, 24 June 2025. Entry to the installation cannot be guaranteed for any Pass Requests received after the submittal deadline. All questions concerning this solicitation shall be sent by 03 July 2025 by 10:00 AM CST. All questions and answers will be available by 07 July 2025. OFFER DUE DATE AND TIME Monday, 14 July 2025 at 10:00 AM CST. CONTRACTING OFFICE CONTACT INFORMATION All offers and questions pertaining to this solicitation shall be sent by email to: SrA Thearith Em: thearith.em@us.af.mil Casey L Hupton: casey.hupton.1@us.af.mil This scope of work is to provide replacement of degraded and obsolete Excel 5000 series controllers at the B301 20th IS space, which are at their end of service life, and full programming of those replacements, including graphics. This project shall also replace several associated control & operation components. The controller series is obsolete, and replacement parts are no longer being manufactured, which causes extreme delay times and often emergent upgrades for repairs. These controllers serve top priority mission critical functions housed within this area. The existing Base Management System software is Honeywell Enterprise Building Integrator version 610. The existing Base laptop software is Honeywell ComfortPoint (V13.4), although the Base is currently working to purchase and install Niagara 4 Workbench.
