This was a competitive request for quotes under a previously issued BPA to the contractors that were awarded hand thinning only. Only current BPA holders can quote the forthcoming call request. Description: This call order is for hand thinning/slashing treatments on the North Fork John Day Ranger District of the Umatilla National Forest. There are 466 acres of thinning.
