- The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area Office, located in/at Window Rock, Arizona 86515 has an upcoming requirement for on-site generator preventive maintenance services, load banking and automatic transfer switches (ATS) inspections services. Period of Performance is a base period of one year with (4) one year option periods. Base Period: August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026 1st Option Period: August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027 2nd Option Period: August 1, 2027 to July 31, 2028 3rd Option Period: August 1, 2028 to July 31, 2029 4th Option Period: August 1, 2029 to July 31, 2030 ** Period of performance maybe subject to change. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 238210 with a small business size standard of $19.0 millions of dollars. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00260 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services will be issued on or by July 18, 2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need and price. Quotes will be due on or by July 24, 2025. The acquisition is a small business set aside.
