Description
The Medical Readiness Contracting Office � Pacific intends to issue a solicitation for a firm fixed-price, non-personal services contract for Tricare Referral Registered Nurse (RN) Services at the 51st Medical Group, Osan Air Force Base, Republic of Korea. This requirement is for a period of performance from 15 September 2025 � 14 September 2026 (Base Period), with four (4) one-year option periods. The Tricare Referral RN shall support the TRICARE Operations and Patient Administration (TOPA), 51st Medical Group. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and materials necessary to recruit, qualify and retain the Tricare Referral RN. Required qualifications includes but is not limited to: Education: Applicant shall submit copies of official transcripts indicating completion of a bachelor�s degree in medical clinical fields (i.e., Nursing), Hospital/Healthcare Administration or Business Administration. Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience of liaison and/or referral management processing within the last ten (10) years between host nation hospitals and US hospitals (including MTFs). License/certification: Required to have and maintain a current, active, valid and unrestricted license (with no limitations, stipulations, or pending adverse actions) to practice as a RN. Language Requirement: Ability to communicate effectively in both in English and in Korean languages, orally and written. The NAICS code for this proposed procurement is 621399 and the annual size standard is $10M. This solicitation package will be available on the SAM.gov website (http://SAM.gov/) approximately in August 2025. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued and no solicitation mailing list will be compiled. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: All sources may submit a quote as applicable. However, the Republic of Korea (ROK)-United States (U.S.) Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA), may preclude the U.S. Government from granting Invited Contractor or Technical Representative Status to any offeror, for this requirement. All sources submitting a quote, including U.S. sources, must already have OR confirm their ability to obtain the requisite business licenses directly from the ROK Government, and conduct business in accordance with all applicable ROK laws, including but not limited to, rules and policies regarding labor, taxation, and immigration. If an initial quote does not fully demonstrate this authorization and capacity, it will not be further considered for award. Whether an offeror demonstrates this authorization and capacity shall be determined by the Contracting Officer.
