- Description
- The National Data Buoy Center (NDBC), under the National Weather Service and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, provides real-time, oceanographic and meteorological observations used by federal, state, academic, and private stakeholders. NDBC is searching for either a vendor to design, develop, and produce a secondary battery pack, or a commercially available product that meets NDBC�s current requirements. Please see the attached documents and complete the bottom portion of the NDBC Li-Ion Battery Request for Information FY25 Attachment. Edit: An attachment titled ""Questions and Answers"" is hereby provided to respond to one question received in respose to this RFI. Edit 2: The RFI response date has been extended to August 13, 2025 at 2:00 PM ET.
