Description
This is a solicitation for a non-commercial purchase, one-time buy. The 406th SCMS/GULAC at Robins AFB, GA has a requirement to procure part number RD532-2105RH, Converter, Analog to Digital, for the end item repair of the Common Avionics (5998-01-132-2965AY CV-3625/ASQ-175). This item was previously procured under the now obsolete NSN 5962-01-137-8868. Systems Engineer has provided the Part Number Office with an alternative to meet the government needs: part number RD532-2105RH, from Davilyn Corporation, CAGE 5V128. The requested part is a nonstock listed item. Reference item number: 6130ND165941LCW Part Number: RD532-2105RH QTY: 1 Each Delivery Requirement: five (5) days ARO The government intends to award on a sole source basis to Davilyn Corporation (CAGE: 5V128). Market Research yielded no other capable source to provide the RD532-210RH, Analog to Digital Converter. Davilyn is the only vendor found with the ability to provide this part within the required time. This solicitation is not a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received within the 15 days after issuance of the solicitation will be considered. Interested offerors may contact, via email, the POC�s listed below for any additional questions. NO TELEPHONE QUESTIONS will be accepted. Offerors are encouraged to register on the site to receive notifications regarding the solicitation and all amendments/revisions. OMBUDSMAN: All potential offeror(s) should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If the contracting officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serous contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
