PART I � THE SCHEDULE 1. SOLICITATION/CONTRACT FORM The Department of Human Health and Human Services (DHHS), Indian Health Service (IHS) with the Albuquerque Area Office (AAO), has issued a solicitation 75H70725Q00091 for Remote Medical Coding Non-Personal Healthcare Services for Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center (ZCCHC) in Zuni, New Mexico. This solicitation is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C 47 as the first (1st) tier. If IHS, does not receive reasonably priced quotes from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE), IHS will then evaluate quotes and consider award to other small business concerns, as second (2nd) tiers. The solicitation document incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04. The associated North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541219 with a size standard of $25.0 M. All quoters shall submit the following documents to be considered for award on or by the proposal submission deadline: 1. Technical Qualifications (Volume I) 2. Past Performance (Volume II) 3. Price Quote (Volume III) 4. A complete Indian Economic Enterprise Representation form. 5. A sign SF1449 6. (The Business Associate Agreement and Childcare Addendum (OF306) are attached for your refrence and do not need to be returned at this time.)
