- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services provided in accordance with the format in Subparts 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being request and a written solicitation will not be issued. W50S9C-25-Q-A013 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in affect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04. The Vermont Air National Guard has a Firm Fixed Price requirement for a lodging services for Regularly Scheduled Drill (RSD) as outlined in this solicitation and attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS Code 721110 with size standard $40.0M. CLIN 0001 September 5th and 6th QTY: 1 Unit of Issue (U/I): Month Lease/Rental Long-Term Lodging; FFP Fully furnished units: Quantity: See Pricing sheet for dates and quantities (single and double rooms) with (1) full bathroom located in the unit as outlined in the PWS. PSC: V231 POP: 1 Sept 2025 � 31 Dec 2025 CLIN 0002 October 22nd ,23rd ,24th ,25th QTY: 1 Unit of Issue (U/I): Month Lease/Rental Long-Term Lodging; FFP Fully furnished units: Quantity: See Pricing sheet for dates and quantities (single and double rooms) with (1) full bathroom located in the unit as outlined in the PWS. PSC: V231 POP: 1 Sept 2025 � 31 Dec 2025 CLIN 0003 December 6th and 7th QTY: 1 Unit of Issue (U/I): Month Lease/Rental Long-Term Lodging; FFP Fully furnished units: Quantity: See Pricing sheet for dates and quantities (single and double rooms) with (1) full bathroom located in the unit as outlined in the PWS. PSC: V231 POP: 1 Sept 2025 � 31 Dec 2025 The Government does not accept responsibility for non-receipt of Quotes. It is the vendor�s responsibility to request and receive confirmation of Quote receipt. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted NO LATER THAN 3:00pm Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) 25 July 2025 to MSgt Kristen Lucey at kristen.lucey.2@us.af.mil and MSgt James Yoshikawa at james.yoshikawa@us.af.mil. Questions with Answers will be posted no later the 29 July, 5:00 pm. EDT or sooner if possible.
