Period of Performance is one year from the date of award. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 800 employees. The Request for Quotations No. IHS1507325 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by 07/23/2025.
