RLP Procurement Summary GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: This acquisition is being conducted using simplified procedures. Please refer to the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) package attached to this notice for instructions on submitting an offer. A tour of properties will not be conducted prior to offers being received State: GA City: Berkeley Lake Delineated Area: NORTH: HWY 141 EAST: PLEASANT HILL RD. SOUTH: I-285 WEST: HWY 140 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,735 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,735 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 31 Parking Spaces (Surface): 31 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 120 months Firm Term: 60 months Option Term: 0 Termination Rights: 60 days Additional Requirements: OFFERED SPACE MUST BE LOCATED ON ONE CONTIGUOUS FLOOR. PARKING: THE PARKING-TO-SQUARE-FOOT RATIO AVAILABLE ON SITE SHALL AT LEAST MEET CURRENT LOCAL CODE REQUIREMENTS AND IF THERE IS NO CONTROLLING LOCAL CODE, THE PARKING RATIO WILL BE 1 PARKING SPACE PER 200 SQUARE FEET OF LEASED SPACE. ADEQUATE EATING AND BANKING FACILITIES SHALL BE LOCATED WITHIN THE IMMEDIATE VICINITY OF THE BUILDING, BUT GENERALLY NOT EXCEEDING A DRIVABLE 2 MILES, AS DETERMINED BY THE LCO. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
