- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is to respond/answer questions regarding solicitation 36C25925Q0634. The solicitation has Line item 2 as SKF05 and Line item 3 as SKF02 but we believe they should be BSKF05 and BSKF02 respectively. Yes, these should be BSKF02 and BSKF05, baskets. I wanted to confirm the postal code for the place of performance (ship to address) and whether it is 81507 or 81501. 81507 is the ship to address zip code. May I kindly request if you could provide: Manufacturer names and part numbers (if available); Or any technical data sheets, catalog references, or brand-specific equivalents? The line-item codes provided in the RFQ (e.g., SC08FG, SKF05, MAT042) appear to be internal references, and we are unable to cross-reference them without further specification. These line items are not internal inventory numbers; they are Case brand numbers. We are not requiring any specific brand, this is an OR EQUAL solicitation. The brands shown in this solicitation are examples. Since the RFQ references both Aesculap and CASE Medical but only references the CASE Medical part # s in the RFQ, would it be feasible to also add-in the corresponding Aesculap part # s (attached). We ve found that specific part # s provide an inherent advantage. Therefore, requesting that the Aesculap part # s also be referenced within the RFQ. Please refer to the sample product information below. https://www.bing.com/search?q=what+is+the+equivalent+aesculap+to+sc08fg+container+case+size&qs=GS&pq=what+is+the+equivalent+aesculap+to+sc08fg+container+case&sc=12-56&cvid=AF642BFCA4C3499CAD04FF1628ED1EBC&FORM=QBRE&sp=1&lq=0 https://casemed.com/index.php/products/containers Is the QR code required on every container - immediately provides instructions for use as well as data specifications such as size, weight, and product codes and can be accessed from a tracking scanner or any smart phone or tablet. See the updated list of Salient Characteristics below. Item 5. Please identify how these are provided. Does the Grand Junction VAMC prefer a sterilization container which is also validated as a bio-hazard transport bin for soiled sets/instruments? Per the SPS department this feature is not required. Salient Characteristics: Must be compatible with sterilization cycles including Prevac, IUSS, Gravity, Steam, and low temp sterilization for STERRAD 100NX machines. Must have ergonomic handles. Must have a filter retention plate with audible click or valve to replace filter. Must have containers that are validated to be stacked during sterilization and storage. Must have accompanied manufacturer s instructions for use. Must be compatible with automated washer disinfectors with ability to withstand temperatures of 190 degrees.
