Description

Purchase Request: 7005184938, NSN: 7025014754555, INTERFACE UNIT, DATA Part Number: 5441-419-ESS or 927430-0012. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, therefore, please do not submit requests. The approved source for this material is: WOODWARD, INC., Cage 7LLB9 and NORTHROP GRUMMAN SYSTEMS CORPORATION, Cage: 06481. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract. The requirement is for currently 74 EA. The required delivery is 168 days ARO to W25G1U, DLA Distribution, DDSP NEW CUMBERLAND FACILITY, 2001 NORMANDY DRIVE DOOR 113 TO 134, NEW CUMBERLAND, PA 17070-5002; US; FOB: Origin, Inspection and Acceptance: DESTINATION. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside Acquisition. The use of the SPRS/PPIRS is applicable. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This material has been identified as commercial with a critical application item designation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal to be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). A copy of this solicitation will also be available to interested requesters by contacting the buyer directly. The solicitation issue date is on or about, close of business on August 12, 2025.
