- *****UPDATED AS OF 29 JUL 2025***** In advance of TIH Industry Day, and in an effort to provide interested attendees with an EXAMPLE of TIH-related technical drawings, the government is re-posting the technical data package (TDP) and solicitation document from TI-26. This information is provided as a SAMPLE only, and DOES NOT reflect the specific requirements of TIH 28/30/32. Drawings are unclassified technical information related to the Program Executive Office Submarines TIH effort and are restricted by the Arms Export Control Act. In accordance with Department of Defense (DOD) Direction 5230.25, access to export-controlled technical data must be through the company�s designated Joint Certification Program (JCP) Point of Contract (POC)/Data Custodian. The solicitation, including all attachments, are available on the Electronic Technical Information Center (E-TIC). To apply for access to the E-TIC for the TIH 26 Solicitation (N00253-23-R-0013) hosted by the Advanced Interactive Management Technology Center (AIMTC), prospective Offerors must have either a Common Access Card (CAC) or a DoD External Certification Authority (ECA) Certification from one of the DoD Approved Vendors: WidePoint (formerly ORC) or IdenTrust, Inc. For more information pertaining to approved ECA certificates, please visit the website: https://public.cyber.mil/eca/. The prospective Offeror must be able to supply its JCP number. The Offeror�s designated JCP Data Custodian must be the one to apply for access by filling out an AIMTC Account Request form. To apply for access, please visit the AIMTC website: https://aimtc.nuwc.navy.mil. For a New AIMTC Account Requests: Please fill out the AIMTC Access Request Form (within #1). For an Existing AIMTC User: Please click on �My Profile� and update your profile. Upon approval by the Approving Official, your account will be created and you will be notified of your account information via email. Please note that you will not be able to access E-TIC for TIH 26 Solicitation N00253-23-R-0013 until your account request is approved by the Approving Official and processed. The official TIH 28/30/32 TDP will be posted when solicitation N0025326R7001 is released. ******************************************************** Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport will host the Technology Insertion Hardware (TIH) 28/30/32 Industry Day. TIH makes up the vast majority of the Combat Control System (BYG-1) shipset and is also a part of the Sonar shipset. The TIH 28/30/32 contract will provide the latest generation hardware to Team Submarine platforms. Anticipated components include Computer processing and memory Data storage and extraction Input/Output (I/O) interfaces to support processing systems designed around commercially available hardware and software Implementation of virtualization Procurements may include Upgrade kits, enclosures, and/or full-up systems for the SSBN, 688/688i, VIRGINIA Class, COLLINS Class, COLUMBIA Class, and future submarine systems/platforms. The event location is the Naval Undersea Museum, Jack Murdock Auditorium Date of the event is August 6, 2025 Time of the event is 1:00pm - 3:30pm This event is hosted in conjunction with Keyport Industry Day.
