The sequencing system has .80% of bases with quality scores of Q30 or higher for 2x150 bp sequencing with an average that is preferably .90%. . Workflow includes barcoding cells and droplet isolation using droplet sequencing methods. . System utilizes semiautomated processing for surface marker enrichment and cell isolation. . Sequencing workflow includes end repair, A-tailing, ligation and PCR. . System provides flexible sequencing depth with a capture rate > 60%. . System capable of profiling paired V(D)J transcripts with 5?fgene expression and library preparation. . Contractor provides a robust bioinformatics pipeline for visualization and cross referencing of sequencing data.
