Description: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary for the removal and replacements of two existing HVAC units from the roof of the PMC office building. Work includes the contractor�s responsibility for complete cleanup and disposal of garbage and old materials, excluding the current HVAC units that are being replaced. All work will be done in accordance with applicable codes. Supplies will be premium grade manufacturedby a reputable vendor.
