Description

The United States Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing Solicitation W912CH-24-R-0067 for a Vehicular Modification Kit. This Request for Proposal (RFP), W912CH-24-R-0067, will result in a Firm Fixed-Price Contract for the procurement of the following: Noun: Vehicular Modification Kit NSN: 2520-01-678-5540 Part Number: 4532119 Guaranteed Quantity: 61 KT Option Quantity: 61 KT There is no Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this procurement. Questions pertaining to this solicitation are to be directed to the Contract Specialist (nikhil.a.patel2.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (katherine.e.macfarland.civ@army.mil) no later than 05:00 PM EST Tuesday, 12 August 2025. Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal via email, no later than 05:00 PM EST Tuesday, 19 August 2025, to the Contract Specialist (nikhil.a.patel2.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (katherine.e.macfarland.civ@army.mil) with the subject header: Proposal Submission - W912CH-24-R-0067 (company name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer will reply with the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued.
