Description

NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Contracting Department Groton intends to solicit a single-award contract with firm-fixed-price provisions for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement incorporated within solicitation N0018925QG150. The location of work will be at Naval Submarine Base New London Groton, CT. This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR 12, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items found at FAR 13. The Request for Quote (RFQ) is N0018925QG150. The NAICS code is 811310 and is being advertised as a total small business set-aside. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all applicable amendments will be in electronic form. Vendors are required to submit their responses and any supporting documents to larissa.v.benoit.civ(at)us.navy.mil. Any questions shall be sent electronically to the identified email address aforementioned. DO NOT SUBMIT ANY DOCUMENTS THRU NECO. It is not guaranteed that it will be successfully routed to the correct channels. Only responses sent directly to the email address identified shall be considered. All responsible sources interested in submitting a response shall have an active System of Management (SAM) registration at time of response. Lack of an active SAM registration will automatically make a quote ineligible for award. Payment will be submitted thru Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).
