Amendment to Solicitation 36C26125R0053 0004 is issued to answer RFIs'. Amendment to solicitation 36C26125R0053 0003 is issued to correct the request for information (RFI) due date. All RFI regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing and received NLT Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at 2:00 PM PDT. All RFIs must use the RFI form (Attachment) attached to this solicitation. Amendment to solicitation 36C26125R0053 0002 is issued to provide the attendees list for the pre-solicitation site visit conducted on July 22, 2025 at VA Medical Center - San Francisco, CA. The attendees are listed on the attached document named ""Attachment - Site Visit Attendees 20250722. Attachment RFI Form has been uploaded for usage. Amendment to solicitation 36C26125R0053 0001 is issued to update FAR 52.236-27. See FAR 52.236-27 for details Project No. 662-25-111, Project Title: Design Build Services Roof Replacement EPDM Rubber Roof Building 5. NAICS Code: 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction; Small Business Size Standard: $45M. In accordance with FAR 36.204(d) -- Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects: Between $250,000 and $500,000. This is a firm-fixed price design-build construction requirement. Offeror shall furnish all design, labor, material, transportation, required engineering services, overhead, profit to design and construct roof replacement EPDM rubber roof of Building 5 in accordance with SOW, specifications, and drawings. Place of Performance is at VA San Francisco Medical Center, 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA, 94121. Period of Performance: 240 calendar days This contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 15 - Trade-off Process (FAR 15.101-1) and FAR Part 36 - Two-Phase Design - Build Selection Procedures (FAR 36.3). This procurement is a total service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Public Law 109-461 is the final authority on SDVOSB set-aside. Offerors must be verified in SBA DSBS the time submission offer and prior to award. SBA DSBS Link: https://search.certifications.sba.gov/. SBA DSBS will be used as the official source for SDVOSB verifications for this solicitation until further notice from the SBA. A pre-proposal conference and site visit has been scheduled on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at 1:00 PM(PDT), at Building 1 outside of the Parking lot, VA San Francisco Medical Center, 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA, 94121. Offerors are strongly recommended to attend this site visit, but it is not mandatory.
