- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6-Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation will be open for less than 15 days, in accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(2). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N6660425Q0601. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Type purchase order for the following Formaspace Lab Work Benches. This requirement is being solicited on a Brand Name or Equal Basis; no substitutions are allowed. Please see attachments for further details. Refere to the drawing package for the workstation that goes underneath a fume hood. Prospective offerors must have an active CAGE code to request access to the drawings package withing SAM.GOV.
