This is a SDVOSB Set-Aside. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541512, with a small business size standard of $34.0 Million. VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System is seeking Virtual Patient Monitoring System. All interested companies shall provide quotation for the following: Supplies and Services See attached Solicitation 36C262-25-Q-1343 for Performance Work Statement and period of performance. See attached Solicitation 36C262-25-Q-1343 Section E.7 for Evaluation and Basis for Award. Offerors must complete annual representations and certifications electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) website located at https://www.sam.gov/portal in accordance with FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications Commercial Items. If paragraph (j) of the provision is applicable, a written submission is required. See attached Solicitation 36C262-25-Q-1343 to review the contract clauses that apply to this acquisition.
