- The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Northern Navajo Medical Center located in/at Hwy 491 N, Shiprock, NM 87420 has an upcoming requirement for a wellness psychologist to provide professional medical services for the Service Unit staff. The period of performance will be a base year starting 9/1/2025 through 8/31/2026 with four one-year options. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 621330, Office of Mental Health Practitioners with a small business size standard of $9.0 million. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00265 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services will be issued on or by 8/22/2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, key personnel qualifications, past performance and price. Quotes will be due on or by 8/29/2025. The acquisition is an Indian-owned Small Business Economic Enterprise set aside.
