Description: This requirement is for a specialized training course for the US Navy to meet operational and maintenance requirements on the MANTIS-SHH-ELP. The training course will cover the original MANTIS-SHH-ELP, along with the updated version for the new battery and obsolescence replacement kits. Tooling, diagnostic equipment, and software programs shall be used to instruct the curriculum and shall be provided as a deliverable after completion of the course.
