This is a source sought announcement only. This sources sought is for acquisition planning purposes only and to identify potential sources of companies capable of providing the request spare. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately enter into an agreement. Any cost incurred as a result of the announcement shall be borne by the interested party (prospective offeror) and will not be charged to the government for reimbursement.
