This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (CSS) is being issued to establish a firm-fixed-priced (FFP) for leasing 200 53� dry van trailers for DLA Distribution Susquehanna, PA (DDSP) IAW Attachment 1 - SOWThe Government intends to award one (1) purchase order as a result of this CSS which will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449.
